Can i use AC21 rule?

My RD is May02, 2002 and my case is EB2/RIR/EAD.


Company A is sponsering my green card and iam working for company B. A and B belong to same management. Never worked for A and my project is over with B. Now iam looking for new job.

My question is...

1) Can i use AC21 rule to join in new company even i didnt work in A for any time or i should work for at least 6 months in A before making use of AC21?

Any input / guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Because you have already finished 180 days you can change your job.

If your 140 has been approved, you can change anytime 180 days do not matter.

without 140 approval you can do it but should make sure that the sponsor does not withdraw the 140.
