Can I use AC21 For sponsor

I am new for AC21.
I did not worked yet for sponsor.
Once I-140 got approved and 485 pending for 6 months

1. Need I use AC21 for sponsor (while swiching to sponsor)?

2. How long it will take, that will be updated into 485 file?

3. How AC21 works? Does it should be approved by USCIS?

pls. update me regarding this.

---> No. You do not need to inform CIS about AC-21 while changing jobs to sponsoring employer
