Please advice,
Will there be any risk if i am to use AC21, my scenario is as follows.
Eb3, Sub labor, 140 approved 20 months back. I started my GC process through company A, few months back company A was acquired by Company B (Worlds largest IT company). I got my 3rd ead through them. Now they are asking me to leave my client and work on their projects which i am reluctant since i am kindof settled here with my client.
The Vendor company D who sub contracted me to the client says he can offer me a job to work with the same client,
They offered me 42$ per hour, whereas my labor says 50k and 485 application says 60k.
Would the offer be a problem?
My sub labor has my job title as Software Enginner and 485 Application has it as Software Consultant.
Now, Can i join company D and invoke AC21? Can i use the title in 485 as Software Consultant?
