NO finger printing so far
i spoke to an IIO at CSC in November 2002 and asked about my finger printing. he told to me to call the CSC if i dont get my FP in about 2 months.
i called the CSC in January. they told me to call if i dont get my finger printing in about 30 days.
i called the CSC today they told my case is pending and they wont touch my case for atleast another 2 months bcos they r processing cases with receipt date 11/16/2001
from my understanding so far i thought that when the receipt date becomes current it means that the case is being examined by an adjudicating officer for decision. in order that they may make a decision all the other processes such as FP,RFE must be done before that. right. this was my understanding. but today after talking to the IIO at CSC i got confused. can anyone explain to me please.i will be really thankful for any valuable information you give.
