Hello group memebers:

I have 2 I-140s and I-485 is pending with USCIS:

NIW: I-140 RD Sep-17-2007
I-1485 RD Sep-17-2007

EB1-OR :
I140 - Jan-26-09

H1-B: 6th year running ending June-2009. I might re-apply depending on the outcome of EB1-OR.

can I go out of US in April.

Am I eligible to leave and come back?
will I jeopardize any process?

If you have a valid visa stamp until you return, you need not have to worry. H1B is a dual intent visa.
If you think your visa will expire, you can soon apply for advance parole based off EB1OR and use that without compromising your H1B.
