Dear folks: I am gonna aplly for my wife's adjustment of status in the end of septumber: Currently she is on F1 (out of status, not sure cuz i think university didnt reported to ins yet).Her I94 is with the D/S expiration date. we are planning to go overseas in Nov or dec, my question is that can she trevel with advance payrole or we have to wait for her green card.

I think probably so. But if you file in September, you may not have the AP by November...

For as long as she has not accrued illegal presence for more than 180 days, she can travel on AP.

for student there is no illeagal presence cuz there i94 says D/S and illeagal presence starts when ins or immigration judge give u order to leave the country in specific time.

I can't foresee any problems with your wife travelling on AP, but I would not count on receiving it within two months. That would be a very fast turnaround.
