I have applied for an extension of my stay on B2 visa. My original I 94 was stamped upto Dec 23. I was assuming that I would need to stay till Feb 2008 .
But , all my project work is done and I want to head back home. I received the I 797, receipt for the extension from USCIS.
My query is whether I can travel with this document along with photocopy of the I 94 as the original one is with the USCIS????
Anyone opinions wud be appreciated...i'm getting tense about it
