I am EB2 and just recently received approval of my I-140. I am still waiting for the priority date to become current in order to file I-485. Due to professional reason, I need to travel oversea for 1 month. I have done that many times in the past by getting H1B visa at local US embassy and have never experienced problems before. What are my risks of doing it this time since my status has changed? Please help.
Can I travel overseas after I-140 approval?
