Hello Everyone,
Here's my case - I am planning to switch my current Job. My H1B visa extension got approved yesterday for my current employer. But for some reason, for my wife's and kid's H4, we have not yet received even the receipt. Please note that all of us filed the extension on the same date.
So my question is can I still apply for the H1 B transfer given that there H4's are yet to get even the receipt.
Please suggest what all options do I have. Any fast response would be really appreciated.
