I have received approval notices for I-485 and got them stamped on passport. I have received a very good offer from another company which is giving me a raise of 25% on my existing salary. How safe it is to quit my existing employer and join another employer. I have received stamp on my passport 2 weeks back. What is the general safe time to switch the job.

this is a very grey area. It is suggested you stick to ur sponsoring/present employer for atleast 6 months to 1 yr

But there is an unanswered question. When you can change job after I-485 >180 days, why not after I-485 approval? If you cannot change your job after approval, then it defeats the purpose of AC21.

Inspite of all these, If I were you, I would stick with the employer for another few months.
