we got married april 2003, he divorced me last month Dec-2005.
I have a petition i-130 approved on nov-2004. as I entered ilegal, I need to submit a 601 waiver in Juarez and need to be married in order they approved it. because my husband needs to write a hardship letter. but if I'm divorced I can do it.
he need to send the affadavit of support, and 9 months later I will receive the interview in Juarez to apply for the waiver. and wait there for the waiver to be approved.
now what can I do? I can not tell them im Juarez, that I'm divorced.
do I deny if they ask me if we are married?
when I apply for the citizenship in 3 years, will they deny because he divorced me before my interview in Juarez? because in the hardship letter he will put that he needs me back in the usa, that he suffered panick attacks and he needs me to help him and If I tell then in Juarez that he divorced me and married me again,
what will they say to me? will they deny my visa?
do I need to reaply again the i-130 and star over again with the new marriage certificate?
the same husband divorced me and I will marry with him again.
I love him, I don't want to leave him. he divorced me because he wants more sex and he got another women, I got mad and he divorced me.
but I don't want to lose him, He said will marry my again and he will have some other loves and I can not say nothing.
I don't know but I guess I can handle it.
not because of the papers because I love him.
but I want to continue with my peticion.
and with the divorce, and need to know, what do I do now with the peticion?
