my priority date became current a few months ago. my lawyer have already lodge my application to USCIS.

I understand that the green card lottery is now on.

Can I still enter the green card lottery?

will it upset my current application in any way?

It won't affect your application. However, if you priority date is current, why would you bother with the lottery?
 
You have some extra money to spend? Give me some! Only 50,000 are accepted out of more than 6 million applications. With you having a current priority date in a family-based case, do you really want to gamble money on the DV lottery with those odds? While knowing that even if you win you can't immigrate until 2011 anyway?
