Can I start business with my wife EAD ?

Can I start business with EAD ?

1. My wife is on EAD ( previous status is H4 ), Can she start business like Incorporation ?

2. Is that going to affect on her GC approval or my GC approval ??( because she is beneficiary of my GC sponsor ship ).

( My I-140 is not approved yet )

if my Wife Starts working on EAD, sure she will change her status to EAD from H4. But Is that also going change my status to EAD status ?
( as I have approved EAD, but still working on H1,waiting for I 140 approval. )
