can I start business with EAD

Hello Gurus,

I need your help/ advise/info on starting a business in US.

I am on H4 and recently got my EAD ( thru my spouse).
the question is :
can I start a business and work for the same company(as salaried employee).

my spouse is still waiting for I-140 approval.

can some one guide me thru proper channel
