Hi,
I have studied the requirements for an L1 and it appears that the parent company in Canada and the key executive qualify. The CDN parent Co. has a large $-value intent of a purchase order from a major US customer, more than enough to pay salary and expenses for more than a year, but only if they set up a branch office in the US to service this order.
My question: What are the chances of the L1 will be approved if the US branch is only just formed but well funded?
Thanks in advance,
