Can I start a business on EAD?

My opinion -
If you are a primary applicant in the GC process, you can start a business as a side business in addition to your full time job with your GC sponsor using your EAD. But if you are a secondary applicant, you are as good as a GC holder and can do any business without any restrictions with EAD.
