Can i stamp my H1B by Oct 15

Hi,

I have got my H1B through lottery for this year.I am planning to go to india by NOV end .I would like to have my stamping at Canada before i leave to India.I am currently on my H4 status.I dnt have any pay stubs to show at the consulate if i go for stamping by OCT mid.Will it create a problem???please advice...Can i do the stamping early???
 
What's the start date in the H-1B application? Is it October 1, 2008? In that case you should get the visa stamped at Canada, before October 1, 2008.
