can I sponsor my married sister?

I am currently Canada PR living in Canada. I wonder if I can sponsor my married sister and niece? I know I can sponsor my parents.

If I can't sponsor my sister now, can I sponsor her when I get my citizenship? Any answer is highly appreciated.

I dont think that you can sponsor your siblings in the family class. They would have to apply as skilled workers and would get extra 5 points because you are PR of canada. I dont think that the situation changes even after you get citizenship.

Anyone else who thinks what I said is not true, please correct me.
