Can i send Birth cert. without RFE

Hello Friends,
Can you please advice me.

RD 03/02
ND 03/02
FP 05/03

AD ?? Praying God.

Whenh i filed my 485 i dint send my birth certificate.

Can i send my birth Certificate without recieving the RFE from texas.
Or do i need to wait until i recv the RFE.

Any body sent any doc's to service centre witout recving the rfe.

Please Let me know.
