Can I send advisory opinion by fedex? It's not for waiver, I just want to get the advisory opinion, because if I once get waiver, I cannot extend my current J-1.
If I send via fedex, does the address different from the one as in US mail?
And, can I also include the return mail (addressed to myself for the result) by fedex in that advisory opinion package? What should I write for the sender's address?
