Marriage-based interview and I'm the beneficiary. For the 1st interview the INS officer was extremely unreasonably picky and paranoid, and eventually demanded the 2nd interview based on these petty difference:
1, I don't know mother-in-law's last name.
2, For language I spoke other than English, I said Manderin, my wife said Chinese. Everyone knows these 2 words are interchangable. Jusy as no one will mix up Cantonese and Chinese as one language.
3, I don't know Catholic is her religion, 'cause she doesn't practice at all, and officer kinda forced her to say she is Catholic
Questions:
1. Can I, in any way, request a review from a supervisoring officer on my case ? in hope that the decision on the 1st interview can be reverted.
2. Is there any way that I can voice my complaint to INS on how the INS officer handled the case?
3. If INS really practices interview like this and don't let go any petty difference, will my case be denied just because these unreasonable judgement ?
Any info or ideas are highly appreciated.
