My I485 is current. My attorney is giving me a hard time. How can I revoke him and represent myself for my I485?What all documents i need to send to USCIS.
I filed I-485 8 months back and have I-140 approved.

Your info will help me a lot

Could you please clarify what you mean by saying "'representing self for 485". If your question is "can you file for 485 without a lawyer?", the answer is yes. I have filed for 485 myself.

After you have filed for 485, really nothing much goes on (other than getting finger print notice) before approval. You are better off leaving the status as is. In other words, what difference does it make firing your lawyer.

You can always call and ask for status check and stuff. In other words, whatever your lawyer can do, you can do (without firing him).

Other than getting back at him, I don't see a reason to fire him. In other words, why bother going through this.....

Just my opinion.. I know some lawyers are hopeless...
