Can I reopen Submitted DS-260 Form

Hi there,

I have a question regrading already submitted DS-260 to NVC.

I submitted a DS-260 application to NVC last week and is in process of review right now. I wanted to reopen it to avoid interview scheduling at the US embassy. Can I do that? If yes, how?
