I have got my EAD and AP in Jan' 04 and it was expired in Jan' 05 and I didn't renew them as I was not using them. But I had tough time in getting my wife H4 at chennai. So I thought to play safe I want to use AP in worst case scenario.
1. Is it possible to renew my AP now even though my previous AP expired?
2. Is it possible to enter back on AP incase if I don't get H1 visa from consulate?? In this case does it invalidate my H1??
