My H1 expires on Nov 2007 and got an H1 extension to nov2008
i485 submited on May 2007 (ROW, EB3, PD March 2003,company-A), EAD expires on July 2008, can I quit company-A on August-2007 and work on company-B using the EAD?
any penalties or sanction or greencard revoked by quiting company-A on August 2007? what if it gets July 2008 and I have not received the greencard , can I extend EAD on July 2008 taking in count that I am no longer a company-A employee (I guess H1 got auto-cancelled when I quited company-A on Aug-2007?)and assuming I485 has not being cancelled/revoked/sanctioned?
