Can I process my own GC?

I am working for one of the major multinationals on H1B.As a policy ,GCs are not processed by my company.What are the options open for me to get my GC.The job is too good to leave and join another company to get GC processed.

Will appreciate any direction on this!

If any other coompany is willing to wait for you to join them after GC approval then you can do GC from any such company even if you are not working for them while the GC process is going on.
