I am currently residing in H1B visa and applied for Green Card. I am planning to adopt my sister's six-year-old daughter. She is living in India with my parents. I have to do this since my sister is no more and the biological father has decided to give adoption to me. Also FYI biological father lives in US as well. I am wondering is it possible to bring her on H4 Visa to US? If it is possible, not sure should I have to go there or my parents can bring along with them? Opinions or advises is really appreciated.
