I recvd FP appointment scheduled for 3/17/2007 but would like to prepone it to this 3/10/2007, since I may be busy on 3/17/2007. Some people in this forum had earlier mentioned that even if one walks in they do fingerprinting. Is that also true for Washington DC (ALexandria FP Office). Can I just walk in with notice which asks me to come on 3/17/2007 on 3/10/2007 and they will do my fingerprinitng.
