Man, if you're really serious about finding a credible and reliable answer to your question why didn't you contacted the embassy in your country or someone authorized to give that kind of answers. You know that they won't disqualify you just for asking over the phone so you have nothing to lose even if they do disqualify for your particular kind of illness, but I doubt it.
The only medical condition that they officially stated to be disqualifying when it comes to visa issuance is HIV positive. So the only question that stays is would they postpone your interview or not, and the best person to ask that is someone from the embassy.
