Heres my scenario..
- Labor 1, PD Jan 02, CSC, EB2
- Labor 2, PD Apr 03, NSC, EB3
- Labor 2 got cleared and applied for 140,485 in Dec 03, NSC, EB3
- Now my CA labor 1 got approved last week.
- My H1B 6 yr limit aprroches 2005 year end.
Based on the recent developments with possibilites of retrogressing of PD for EB3,
- what are my available options?
- Can I port the PD for my CA labor app to my currently under process NSC 140\485? I read the PD FAQ and looks like I cannot. But wanted opinions from the experts here if there is any way I can expedite my processing.
- can\should I apply for I140 in CSC also?
