Two questions:
1. If my self-petitioned and self-prepared I140 is approved, can I file AC-140 for consular processing? I ask this because I know AC is "Attorney Certfied" and if I do not have an attorney, what are my options.
2. I grew up and went to school in Calcutta. Which consulate do I have to apply for consular processing?
