can i petition my brothers under age 21???

I have 2 step brothers from my dad but not my mom both of them have same last name as me..can i petition them??? I'm a us.citizen.

go ahead and do the I-130 for your dad and brothers

at the same time you file the I-485 for just your dad for now

it will take a while for your brothers to get gc but yes you can do it
