Good Afternoon. I Have A Question Concerning To Second Paricipation For Tourism Internship Programs. I Have Been To Us Previosly For 18 Months. While I Was In There, I Applied To Remove 2 Years Home Residency Rule And I Have Been Granted To Waive This Rule.After I Completed The Entire 18 Months, I got back to my home country and stayed here over Than 2 Years , anyway. My Question Is , Can I Participate tO The Second Internhip Program? Anyone Had Experience Like This?

I'm not sure your question is clear, try to restate what you mean in a follow post!

But here is what I guessed you meant,

You got a waiver and spent 2 years back home, you should be in the clear with respect to the J1 2 yrs HRR.

If your question is that you're trying to get back to the US on a similar program (J1 with 2 yrs HRR) and you're wondering if the 2 yrs HRR would apply anew, yes it would. But I presume getting the waiver once more should be easy (given your previous case).

Your best bet is to not come back on J1, but on some other status (like H1), unless you have no option, in such case try to get a waiver right away.
