Can we open a business while on F-1/F-2 visa as student/depndent?

You call it as advertisemnt or what ever it is. I started a company with them and 100% satisfied.

They charged a consultation fee and explained to me the process.
Won't you refere someone if they do a good work. There are millions of people who do the same type of work, you don't need to go through them, you can research and to it with any one.

My connection for your reference is that I am their satisfied customer.

Can you please post the links to sites or discussion forums that will guide in starting a company ? Are there any pitfalls or glitches that one should be careful or keep in mind ?

A friend referred me this book : Inc. Yourself by Judith H. McQuown. I was going to find this in my public library.

But if there is any info on the net, that would be gr8 and will give a quick start.
