New to these forums and found that they are very informative.
Just wanted to ask you guys a quick question - Can I move from one city to another (Houston to San Francisco) with the same employer after my I140 has been filed (my employer has received a receipt from USCIS of this filing). Can this move be permanent or does it have to be temporary in the sense that I move now but have to be in the original city right around the timeframe when the I-140 is to be approved.
