I had my greencard interview on the 22th of february but the immigration officer didnt give me no stamp she said i gotta wait for an approval letter to come in the mail in order to get my stamp. Now i need to travel back to italy but at the time of the interview they took my I-94 from my passport. I still have my Advance Parole. My question is when i leave the US can i board on the plane without the I-94???
thanks

I believe you will be fine. Airline rep will ask you to show passport. They will be looking I-94,visa. When they will not find any they will request to show some documentation. In my case I showed Advance Parole. I had my I-94 though but no visa. I change the passport while being in USA.
Advance Parole should be sufficient.
Problems might occur if you do not have any of those documents...

For those that are in my same situation. I went to the immigration office this morning and they told me that as long as i have my Advance parole i can travel even without the original i-94. :)
