Can I land in any place other than Toronto?

Hi! I have to land in Canada in the last week of May. In my application, I have given my destination as Toronto, Canada. Presently, this place is epicenter of SARS in Canada. Is it possible that I can land in any other place other than Toronto and get my SIN card from there. I am from Massachusettes. Can I land in New Brunswick or Nova Scotia?

If it is possible, can I settle to any place in Canada?
 
Yes, you can any place except in the province of Quebec. You can then move anywhere you want including Quebec.

Can anybody tell me which place can I use to Land in New Brunswick Province? Since this is the nearest province I have from my place in MA, I want to land there.

Did anybody has any experience in landing in this province?
