Currently, I have a pending old-LC application which will probably take a couple of more years to get approved.
If another smaller company wants to apply for Labor Cert. for me thru PERM without me joining them; can they? Can they apply Labor + I-140 + I-485 for me without me joining them? Can I join them after all these but not now? I don't want to risk my 7th year H1 extension (expires October 2006) by joining them right now.
Finally, if they have already done recruitment and have a similar PWD, can they get approval for PERM (EB2) and I-140 and I-485 all within 3-4 months? (I am not a citizen of any of these countries - India, China... - so it is currect for my country)
Any insight is appreciated.
