Can i have two labor certifications going at same DOL from different states at same time?
My Prev emp. from Mi applied last year july and its still MI and he supports it. My current emp is applying from Chicago now.
Would it be ok or create any problems. Because i want both to get processed and which ever comes first i will take that.
