Can I have an Interview at US consulate Toronto for CP?

My employer file I – 824 and lawyer select as below

USCIS to notify a U.S. Consulate that my status has been adjusted to permanentresident. Please notify the U.S. Consulate at: TORONTO Canada (via NVC)

This is new I know only US consulate Montréal for CP, do they have change to Toronto?

As far as I know, you can do CP only at Montreal. Check the TO consulate website and call them to see if they are scheduling CP interviews.
