Not sure I understand your question but if you ask if you can get into US at a different port of entry than the one you mentioned in your papers, yes you can. Be prepared to give the reason for change. A friend of mine did it. His SSN and GC were sent to the address he initially had on the forms, even though he let them know the new address. Good luck.

Edit: If you have a connecting flight you hand in your papers at the 1st port of entry. Leave plenty of time between flights. Better safe than sorry.
