For mailing the I-485/I-130/I-765/I-131 package it is mailed to a chicago addess:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4107

For couriers/express deliveries:

USCIS Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517

I live in downtown Chicago. I was wondering is there a place where I can just hand walk my application in give to the INS office? If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks.

I am going to say no. The address is not a regular USCIS location. In fact I think it is own by a financial company that is responsible for depositing the fees into an account held by the US Treasury. The contracting company also does some standard data entry and file creations then send the information on to NBC in MO.

Sounds good I'll e-mail. It. If I use U.S. Postal service express delivery do I send it to the second address listed below...or by express do they mean fed-ex/ups type of deliveries?

Non Courier Address
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4107

For couriers/express deliveries:

USCIS Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517

I believe the courier address is not for any post office way. If I recall post office express mail can be delivered to PO Boxes. However, since you are so close you might want to consider Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. It should be there the next business day.

Yeah- the express/courier address is for using methods such as UPS/FED-EX.

I sent mine via UPS and sent it to the South Dearborn address.

I would use either the post office, a courier or package delivery service, that way you can have a record of the package delivery.

Actually I tried to deliver myself into 31 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517 - they did not let me in.
