Here is my case:
I have Master's degree from US university and got approved I 797 from two companies and then I transfered to Company C and then transfered to Company D without H1B approval from Company C. Then I got H1B approved from Company D, but extension of status denied and I 797 indicates me to goto Chennai consulate, as my H1B petision with Company C was denied. I have valid Visa and I -94 untill Jan 2006.
So my question is "Can I goto Mexico for Visa stamping" Please advice me. I have never been out of status in Company B,C and D.
Please help me guys.
