Hi Guys,
Few weeks ago I came to know that my LC has been approved from my previous employer [A]. My current employer can't file my LC due to receent layoffs. I have an option to go back to employer [A] and use the approved LC (filed in Apr-2002) to file my I140 and I485.
Questions:
1. Are there any legal issues to reuse my own apporved LC. I was working for some other company for 1 year while my LC was in process.
2. My 6th year extension will start in few months. If my current employer files my LC through PERM, how long will it take to get an approval or rejection?
3. If PERM application gets rejected how soon my attorney can refile it?
4. Once a perosn is on 7th year of H1-B (H1-extension), can he or she go outside US for vacation?

Thanks,
Sanjay

You can -- talk to your attorney

I moved back to my previous employer after labour approval and applied 140 and 485. 140 is approved and waiting for 485.

Yeah, in general you can.

But watch out for ability to pay issues while in your I140 stage. That is the latest strategy that USCIS is using to block this strategy.
