Hi, I need your help gurus,
Mycase was filed at VSC, I used the attorney\'s address (Baltimore)in my application as I\'m a consultant and move very frequently. I don\'t have a permanent address for more than 6 months. Now I got a interview call from local office but I\'m living in a different city(Chicago). My lawyer is telling me that I need to transfer my case to my resident city otherwise they won\'t adjucate the case. Is this true or can I go to the LAwyer\'s city local INS for this interview.
