Can I go at 2:00PM on wednusday for PP stamping at NEWARK?

I am expecting to receive my approval notice today. Did the approval notice mention any time we should be there at NEWARK office.
 
Passport PP in Newwark

The approval notice said Wednesday 8:00 - 10:00 am.
I\'m not sure you can go 2:00Pm or not, better to go there morning
before 10am.
