I was granted an Ib3 visa as the child of a self petitioning spouse of a US citizen. I have to enter before I turn 21 which is not that far from now. My mom doesn't have to go in until some months after me.She wants to stay here for a while longer so that she can clear up some things here before moving to the US. My question is can I go by myself or do I have to enter the country with my mother because she was the principle applicant?
Can I go alone?
