Can I give British Columbia Address if landing in Ontario

Hi!

When I applied for Permanent Residency in Canada, I have given Toronto as my choice of place. I have to land next week and I am planning to go through Niagara Falls (Buffalo).

Can I give the Bristish Columbia Province address for the purpose of PR card and SIN Card?

Will there be any issue?
