Can I get two H1 for one full time and one contract job?

Hello everyone, Hope you are having nice holiday

I am working for this company full time on H1 for a year now. I am planning on working for another company full time in a month or so. I would still like to keep my old job part time. Can I just keep my current H1 Visa for my part time job and then get another H1 visa for my new full time job? Or do I need to transfer completely and then get another one for partime?

Switching from full-time to part-time would be considered substantial change in employment and therefore new LCA and new H status should be filed. Also be careful in how many working hours you are going to put in LCA/H-1B for each job. My point is - it should look real - something an average person could handle.

The sequence of filings does not matter as long as it reflects the situation (amount of working hours) at each job.
