Can i get my EAD at Local INS

hi,

  Can anybody tell me if i can get the EAD card at local INS. My ND- 12/18/00.
It is not 90days yet but i wanted to know if we can get the card before 90days.
any help is appreciated.

The local INS LA office takes 90 days from RD. what is your RD? A day or two might be okay but not a month before the 90 days. Plus it depends on the officer.
